  • WHY CAN'T I COMPLETE Y ORDER?

Verify that you have correctly entered your payment information. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.

  • WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our items are true to size and designed to fit comfortably based on standard sizing. For a relaxed or oversized look, we recommend ordering one size up. If you're unsure, please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at problemchyldapparel@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is processed or shipped.
PLEASE NOTE:If the size you ordered is sold out, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Track Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. If you haven’t received tracking details or have any issues, feel free to contact us at problemchyldapparel@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refund Policy

We currently do not accept returns. All sales are final and non-refundable.
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at problemchyldapparel@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times:
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location.

Pre-Orders:
Please note that pre-orders take longer to ship than items that are currently in stock. Estimated shipping times for pre-order items will be listed in the product description. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are ready to ship.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
